We want you to be fully satisfied with your Slipknot Official Store purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most items in their original condition. Please note that certain exclusive tour merchandise and digital downloads are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
